Description: NEW Workout Program! hunterchiltonfitness.com Hi guys! Here is both my upper body and lower body warm up routines I do before weightlifting! I show my favorite foam rolling movements and also my favorite stretches and mobility drills. A lot of people skimp on their warm ups or just jump right into training, but in order to train hard 5-6 days a week it is crucial I (and you to!) am spending a good amount of time preparing and taking care of my body as well for safe training and longevity! Things like mobility issues, previous/current injuries, imbalances, and what exactly you are training for the day all need to be accounted for in your warm up routine. After you've been training a long time you really begin to appreciate your warm up routines and find pride in finding the perfect routine for you. I hope this video can be helpful to you and give you some ideas as to how to structure your warm up! Who knows.. this may be the perfect warm up for you too!
